2 months left students await photocopies of answersheets

Aurangabad: Inordinate delay in receiving photocopies of their answer-sheets has forced some post-graduate students of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) to appear for fresh exams. The students alleged that more than two months have passed since they applied for the photocopies, and they have had no choice but to give their exams again.

We had applied for a photocopy of the answer-sheets through our college on January 7 by paying requisite fees. In my case, I had sought photocopies for three subjects. I failed in one subject and got less marks in the other two. While around a months time was expected to get access to photocopies, we have still not received them, said one of the affected students. He added, It is a mockery of education system.

Throughout the last two months, we have been eaten with uncertainty over the previous marks and worries about the upcoming exams. When contacted, BAMUs officiating controller of examination, Pralhad Lulekar, said the varsity has cleared all applications seeking photocopies of answer-sheets
